:: SHOES ::

My 1st shopping trip to buy shoes.... until today, i still enjoy trying on shoes... and I love shoes. Both my parents agreed that good walking shoes are needed for me... so here we go.

I was so excited with my new ability to roam freely, that I couldn't wait to show off my new skills.... Therefore, while Mummy was still making the payment... I dashed out the shop with my new purchase of a pair of red sneakers from Colette. United Square.

Daddy captured all my excitement on his Canon.

:: Impatient ::

1 Year Old

Look at this.... Er-yi is so impatient... she cannot wait for my hair to grow out... and insisted on tying those teensy weensy strands of hair.... i cannot believe my eyes when i see them in the mirror.... YUCKS!

:: She's One!::

Mummy and Daddy was so excited about my 1st birthday party. They actually plan it months before that..... My mummy bought a new hand-smocked satin dress for me, which i ended up wearing only that once... and though i couldn't walk confidently at that time, she insisted on shoes and stockings... as well as a lacy headband (which i of course dreaded wearing it)... all these hassle just to complete the look she wanted.

The theme of the party was "POOH and his friends'.... so dad brought in a piglet shaped helium filled mylar and loads of white and pink balloons..... pooh themed paper cups and plates are provided for all kids, and not forgetting party packs bearing the pooh theme for all to bring home....Dad even brought along my STEP 2 pinic table for young kids to sit in....

My kiasu mummy even gone shopping all around singapore to plan on what toys to buy.... she ended up with loads of face & finger paint, and new sets of PLAY DOH to entertain all the kids.... all these just to make everyone happy.... but not me.... cos i was found dozing off...

:: 1st Day At The Beach ::

21st June 2004, I have just turned 1..... and this happens to be my 1st trip to the beach too... Mummy & Daady got me a set of spades, pails and watering can to complete the fun....

GREAT !!! They have finally allowed me to get myself real messy this round.....

:: Grandpa's Love ::

Gong-gong (a.k.a my grandpa) was another anxious one.... look at all those fuss he prepared on our 1st pic.... it may seemed a simple artwork... but it took him nights to handpaint and decorate the wall.... just his way to show his love for ME, as his 1st grandchild.... so sweet right?

Everyone is happy that the event turn out fine, and by 4pm, all retreated back to gong-gong's house... i was caught snoring away in his room.... the only regret my mummy had till today, she insisted not enough pics were taken.....

All the fuss from everyone.... but it all means that they LOVE me.... and i am their sweetie-pie......
